Feel free to read the general information posted here regarding our cancer treatment and weightloss programs. If you feel that you would like to schedule an appointment to discuss your particular situation you will be required to fill out the club membership forms and send in your membership fee. Once we have received your membership application we can discuss your own situation at great length with you personally during an office visit. |
